Not great: It takes 45 minutes to get to the city center. The common areas are not kept clean - I saw a sandwich that had been out for the entire time I was there. Bathrooms are not disgusting but you want to spend as little time in them as possible. Also paying for wifi seems to be the norm in Aus hostels, diff from Europe. Good: The beach is across the street, there's a great bakery next door, the staff are friendly, and it's a really easy environment to meet people in. Chelsea, from USA ~ 3rd Jan 2012

It is a good clean place but if you are looking to anywhere near the city. It is well off the beaten track. But the beach that is close by is beautiful area. The staff there are well friendly and good on customer service. David, from USA ~ 30th Nov 2011
