The location is in the downtown close to shops, restaurants, money changer, internet cafe etc. However. If you are staying during winter, the hotel is not recommended. The room doesn't have a heater, thus it is freezing cold. There is hot water, but you must ask for it everyday, otherwise it isn't available. Once you ask for it, you must wait for at least 1 hour for the water to become hot. The hotel promised free internet, but it was available only for the first 2 days of our stay. Later on it
