Great hostel by the beach. Get the 4 mixed dorm if you can facing the ocean not the street on the otherside. Crowd can be kind of lame/frat boy types and the free shots don't help unless you're into that. Russian staff was pleasant enough. Showers excellent. Sheri, from USA ~ 18th Jan 2013

Great view from the window (the sandy beach and the sea). I arrived very late (4 a.m.) in the morning and didn't have any problems with checking in. The staff was very friendly and helpful Jakub, from Poland ~ 26th Dec 2012

The best part of this place is that it's truly beachfront! The staff is friendly. As a hostel, it's excellent. The rooms are tidy and the shower/toilet facilities are equally clean. The bedding was crisp, the mattresses looked new, and soap was available in the showering rooms. As a hotel, you might be disappointed. The rooms are very basic and small. Either think of it as a budget hotel or a hostel with lots of double rooms and then you won't be disappointed. (Note: No lockers for hostellers!) Melinda, from USA ~ 21st Oct 2012

I loved that everything was very clean.I did hear about the discount for breakfast at Yotvata but only because the receptionist told SOMEONE ELSE about it while I happened to be listening, and I think it should be a policy that they tell every single guest about it when they check in... great hostel and great breakfast.Loved it!
