Reception and staff should be available through out the day. Kitchen should not close at 8. Should have maps or tourist information available for tourists...especially if the staff are not available to be spoken to for the majority of the day because the reception is closed. The room is too hot you have to pass a lot of stairs to get on it's very far from the centre the staff was very un friendly, they rejected to keep my luggage after 8pm because this would be out of their working time. Jianmiao, from China ~ 24th Aug 2012

I liked staying in this hostel but nevertheless it should be said that this hostel is not for family people, just for the youth cause the nights are very noisy and rooms are very hot. Anyway it was pleasure for me to stay in this hostel :) Tatiana, from Russia ~ 5th Aug 2012
