had problems sometimes getting in the front door. had to wait outside sometimes for someone to come out the door because they did not answer the buzzer. also they could work on making the doors and locks in the bathroom and bedrooms quieter. definitely need ear plugs to muffle out the sound. some compression systems on the bathroom room doors would do the trick and also go to a new lock system on the doors. philip, from USA ~ 4th Jun 2012

As others stated the beds are super short, as a 5' 10" person I just didn't fit and it severely affected my sleep. I would not go there again for this reason, only people below 5' 7" or so should stay at this hotel. Also you should expect to be very quiet, as the ceilingless cabins are not private at all in terms of audio and make you very self-conscious (as well as hearing everything everyone else does).
