The Proprietor was un aware of my booking and complained that Hostels.com constatntly didn't inform her of bookings. She insisted that I pay the deposit (which I'd already paid to Hostels.com) to her - I refused. I was allocated a grotty single room (cockroach on the floor)with no lock. The guesthouse was reasonably clean, with a decent bed and shared bathroom. Its an ideal place to stay if you're going to be out in the city all day and night and are only staying for a few nights. I found the location really good, the guesthouse is split over two buildings on the same street. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Guy, from England ~ 21st May 2012

Not clean at all. They sent us in another building, even worse, because they had no space at the place where we should be. Then, the reservation was also not done in the other place: we had to leave. Anne-Celine, from France ~ 15th May 2011

They canceled my reservation three days before we were supposed to leave. I made the reservation about two week earlier. They just said they were full. So obviously it was too late to find another hostel. REALLY NOT professional. Daria, from USA ~ 10th Oct 2010
