The facilities upstairs are tired and in need of a facelift.The sheets were a distinct shade of grey!The showers and toilets were a bit grubby but.......Having now moved on to Sydney and have something to compare it with....the set up at the PF was great.Staff were so friendly and eager to help - couldn't have done more.The reception area was always welcoming and I definitely felt safe there.A welcoming community.
