This was an overall great hostel and the atmosphere was great. There is a lounge that everyone hangs out in and they have events most nights of the week. The kitchen also has lots of things for cooking and even a shelf and a fridge of food people have left so its free. The only downsides were that the Internet was kinda slow ( but its free so you can't complain too much) and the location is quite a walk if you want to see many of the main attractions. Hostel is a bit difficult to find as there is a Camden Street AND Camden Place, do not get confused. Very close to the beautiful St Stephan's park and a huge shopping district. It looks small upon arrival but there is lots of common area space to hang out and a huge kitchen to cook in. Rooms very clean, bathrooms huge and designed with a modern taste - prbly the nicest bathroom of my whole trip! I had a great stay at the Times Hostel. It was my first hostel experience, and they set the bar pretty high. The location is great because it is very close to the city center and the Temple Bar, but it is located in a small sketchy alleyway that was rather hard to find. The staff were all very friendly. The best part of this hostel is the vibrant and inclusive atmosphere. I met lots of people and had a great time. Excellent lounge area with nightly free events. Very good value. I'd recommend it! Breakfast was great (pancakes with all kinds of syrup, fruit, juices, milk, and cereal). A little hard to find, but just ask around and you'll get to where you need to go. The staff was super nice, but were not very helpful when we had questions or needed directions. The location was slightly far from the city center, and buses are not cheap! Basically perfect! Great location, home away from home! Super comfortable, super friendly - they've got everything you need and then some! There's something on in the hostel every night - wine and cheese night, movie night, etc. for if you want to stay in, and it's a short walk in any direction to a pub or bar if you want a night out.
