We loved it here! Lily, Steven and staff are incredibly helpful, and will help you book everything (starting with your room) at the local prices. I've stayed in some great hostels in China, but have never seen anyone go out of their way for guests as much as this. Rooms are very comfortable, with AC, hot water, and everything else you could want. Location is great, just a short walk from the bus station and shopping streets, but far enough away to be very quiet when you want to sleep. Would

We had a great time at West Lily. Lily and Steven helped a lot and were very kind. You can rent bicycles there and get very good tipps for your trips in yangshuo. West Lily is in Yangshuo and not in the countryside, but therefore you can go for dinner to restaurants in the evening by walking or can spend the day in yangshuo shopping when you have a rainy day and get always back to Hotel to get a shower if you are completly wet. I recommend it already to a friend who is just now on the way doing

Yangshuo is a very nice destination.
Very good quality for price ratio. Rooms are very confortable and staff is friendly. But not a lot of animations, it is an Hotel rather than a Youth Hotel.

Lily and Steven were the most fantastic hotel manager we had. They have been so helpful! Thanks for all the tips and all the advices. They have booked train tickets for us and plaint tickets at very good price and we would always tell them to do so at the last minute and they were sooooo nice and accomodating. Their hotel is only 5 minutes away from everything, but still in a very quiet street. Marvellous stay, you can't regret it.

The staff here are excellent, speak very good english (which is helpful though not a neccessity) The hostel is located away from west street (where the bars are) so a quite nights sleep can be had.

Staff are incredible! Nice, helping, smiling. They fix for your eveythings and with the best prices you can have.

Great family run place. Lily, Stephen and baby are very friendly. They speak good English and care about the place and their guests. Excellent information about things to do in Yangshuo. It's walking distance from West street but in a quieter corner. Good bikes for rent, cheap internet. We had an excellent time there!
