Bring earplugs and slippers. Where 2 Next is located near bars and nightclubs that play loud music with thumping bass all night long. I did not sleep well. Overall cleanliness was good but the floors could have used some help. Wear slippers or flip-flops and you'll be fine. The staff were very helpful and gave us a lot of information about how to get to our next destination. Taxi drivers may have a hard time finding the place. Ours did. Very clean, quiet hostel. Location looks better during the day than at night (near a large mall with lots of Western food options). Pictures posted on this site are very accurate. Clean bathrooms, hot showers. At night there are lots of KTVs with ladies of the night outside and beggars are very prevalent in this area as well. Jessica, from USA ~ 27th Sep 2012

If you are looking for a clean, nice, airconditioned hostel in an otherwise dirty city than you've found it.This has been my home away from home since I have been travelling in the Philippines for almost 2 months.Everything is very close and they have a bar/restaurant next door.Vic and El (the sisters who run this place)are the best hostel owners that I have ever met!
