This was my first hostel experience and it was excellent.The place is very clean and the staff extraordinarily helpful and polite.A placard on the dryer suggesting you clean the lint filter before using it would be helpful.If you clean them when the dryers quit, you have to put more money in to restart them.Although there is a secure luggage room, they do not confirm that a given person really needs access. Loved the key card access for rooms and lockers. The rooms were really clean and private bathrooms were great. Got wifi in the rooms which was incredible. Breakfast not included is a JOKE though. Eric, from USA ~ 25th May 2013

Very nice hostel!! Look's like an hotel for its security and cleanliness. It was one of the better hostel that I knew. Very nice bar. Really great hostel! There is a bar at the bottom, the breakfast is really generous and the staff very helpful. Naschmarkt is a good place for this hostel, the atmosphere f this market is awesome. Just regret the garbagge in the rooms is not taken away everyday! Damien, from France ~ 16th May 2013

This was one of the nicest hostels I've stayed at. The staff were awesome and right when we got there a guy named Jacob helped us out and made dinner reservations for our entire group of 19. Clean facilities, staff was VERY helpful (helped us with bus system, trip planning, Salzburg advice, and seemed passionate and knowledgeable about the city), wifi in rooms was great. Secure lockers, but bring your own lock. Clean linens provided, but you had to make your own bed. Soap and shampoo/bodywash in bathrooms. Facilities seemed quite new. A chill general area with couches, relaxing and social feel without being overwhelming. Close to a bus stop, but about a 20 min walk to the old town. Nicole, from USA ~ 1st May 2013

The hostel is right across from the Naschmarkt so you have lots to do at night. And everything was really clean and organized, got to pick up your linens right at check in to ensure it was clean. The bar was fun with a great environment and the staff was really helpful with all the questions we had about the area. Showers are hot and bathrooms were always clean.
