It was a very nice experience!Staff people were very nice and always willing to help.Everything was very clean.. Location was excellent! Only that the six female room that I stayed in had no window, so it was like a shoe box. Lorena, from Argentina ~ 28th Feb 2013

An awesome location which is right next to Oxford street The place is big and clean, not so much a place to go by yourself to party but more a hostel with a range of people of different ages. It was a really nice hostel to stay at. Hana, from Australia ~ 3rd Nov 2012

There are all kinds of people in the reception, some are nice, some not that much... We were receptioned by an asian guy who had a really strong accent, so we (from Brazil) had a hard time understanding him. The place is huge, the bar always has people arround, but it stops selling alcohol at 11pm, I guess by law, which is very sad. The facilities are very complete and the place looks always clean. My room was incredibly warm at night, but London was in the middle of an uncommon heat wave.The room didn't have air conditioning, but you can't fault the hostel for not preparing for 3 or 4 days a year when they would need it.Other than that, A+. Jason, from USA ~ 1st Aug 2012
