Overall pleasant and comfortable stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only little issue would be the smell of the restrooms.It appeared clean but there seems to always be a lingering odor that floated into hallways if doors to restrooms were not shut. Jenny, from USA ~ 6th May 2013

Location wise perfect - Oxford Circus, very crowded and lively district. Shops around but not too close that causes noise and light disturbance. Easy to access to subway. Staff - Very friendly and nice. Atmosphere - Cozy and warm Cleanliness - Perfect! Nice and clean bed ware. Tidy and well-maintained furniture. Value for money - Absolutely cheap. The hostel is located in a good location not far from Piccadily and Regent Street. It is also within walking distance to Westminister Abbey and Westminister Catheral.The kitchen is also conveniently sited and adequately furnished.
