Horrible Service The only one that can deal with problems is the manager won't even speak to you directly. Called to cancel two nights said it wouldn't be a problem to do when I arrived. When I got there they said you have to speak to the manager. Manager was not in till after the check out time for that day so they made me pay the full amount told me the manager would be in a couple hours later arrived to get a refund had to explain the situation to another person other then the manager who t Taylor, from USA ~ 3rd Aug 2012

At first I was shocked, no AC and no Wifi. It was extremly hot in the room. After I spoke with the staff and (finally) read the papers I signed earlier, I found out that a can get a Fan for free. There was not wifi, but the rooms have with cable internet access. I had my Laptop with me, so that was perfect. The staff was very nice and friendly, they helped me alot with the area and to get to the airport at 4am on my leaving day. All together the hotel is perfect. No problems. I visited Boston during summer, and staying at YMCA was not a very smart idea because there was no air-conditioner in the room. The showers shared on the floor was just okay (only 2 showers for the entire floor). The room (2 people private room) was spacious and clean, but no mirror (and got really hot even at night). No wifi, and there are only 2 computers in the lobby with free internet. Staff is nice and helpful. Nhat, from Australia ~ 2nd Jul 2012

we stayed here on our final night in Boston, the prices were pretty cheap, at around $30 per person, would have been cheaper if we had an extra person. Room was nice and clean, overall good experience. Wai Kent, from England ~ 20th Jun 2012
