Lo mas destacable de este hostel es que esta rodeado de naturaleza, bellos jardines lo rodean y esta alejado de la ciudad, por lo tanto es muy recomendable para aquellos que buscan un lugar tranquilo y de descanso. Laura Mercedes, from Argentina ~ 4th Jun 2013

The hostel is atleast a 25 minute bus ride from the main train station. But getting to the required bus stop is not the issue. There's a 15 minute hike from there to the hostel. If you're traveling alone, especially a girl, then you will be in a bit of trouble. We were in a group and walking at night in a new city through the wilderness is not something we enjoyed. But the hostel itself was a beautiful palace (not very well maintained) but definitely something special. Unlike every other hostel Hamid Mohammed, from Pakistan ~ 28th Mar 2013

Night-time staff were nice and easy-going, while daytime staff were grumpy, not very friendly and definitely below average on the "helpful category" Roberto, from Mexico ~ 23rd Sep 2012

The hostel is large and very out of the way. There is also a REALLY long drive way you have to walk to get to the place. In the summertime it was pretty hot, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. I had mosquitoes buzzing in my ear every 5 minutes, which made it difficult to sleep. There's not a lot of privacy in the shower room, so you may want to know that if that is an issue for you. There were also fairly old people (50+ staying there). Breakfast is pretty good. Oyinlolu, from USA ~ 11th Jul 2012

Awesome to stay in a real Tuscan villa - amazing views. Installing mosquito nets would make it so much better as no ventilation in rooms unless windows open. Easy enough to get to, walk along the path is not too bad. Enjoyed our stay. Allison, from Australia ~ 21st Jun 2012

Stunning villa on the edge of town but well connected by bus to city centre - just makes sure to buy tickets from the Tabac shop before it closes. Single-sex dorms are a bit outdated but plenty of communal spaces and amazing gardens too (and you can camp there instead). Little shop onsite, good breakfast and great pizza restaurant opposite front gates. Would go again for the atmosphere and setting alone. Pete, from England ~ 20th Jun 2012
