We didn't end up staying the night. The room was OK but the rest of it was not as described. Would like my deposit back!

took us two hours to find by airport taxi, eventually got the local bus. no english sign on the road which doesnt help but good value for money and run by efficient people.

This was a nice clean hostel with really lovely staff, but it was in the middle of nowhere! It cost a fortune to get anywhere (even by tuk tuk), and frankly it wasn't worth the money.

You could tell from the property this location is a work in progress. The rooms for the price were fantastic, only 400 baht and you get a room that is nearly brand new, extremely clean, air conditioning, and fridge with a wonderful bed and sheets that are very clean, all to yourself. The pool is wonderful as well and the staff is very friendly and willing to help you out all they can. The rest of the place is still coming to, but when the bungalows, whirlpool and coffee house are done you won't be able to top this one for the price range. The only drawback is the location. It is situated smack dab in between Patong and Phuket City so figure at least another 200 baht for transportation, round trip, you have to get on the road if you want to travel after 5:30pm and not sit on a bus that takes 30min to an hour, depending on where you want to go. Also note in the description when it says "in the hills" you are really boardered by a busy road in the front and to the back there is a very tall golf net, but this becomes a very good landmark in the dark when you are trying to figure out where to tell the tuktuks to stop. (also note most tourist agencies for day trips will not know where this is located so you may have a bit of difficulty getting picked up for the tours, but if you push hard enough they will come and get you). Besides this, if I were to ever travel back to Phuket there is no doupt in my mind I would return! Thank you IHOT!
