Our newly renovated guest house currently has 50 beds and during the height of the summer can actually accommodate 70 people.

Good location and seemed clean but didn't have our reservations and lodgings were different from the website (only 8 bed rooms). Others staying there didn't sound impressed either.

I had an unfortunate incident where I reserved a room through this website, and then contacted the owner for a ride from the train station - no one came to pick us up from the train station and then when we arrived, we were told that our reservation had been lost (despite my confirmation printout). They were kind enough to give us an apartment room for the price of the shared accommodations we would have had, but the apartment wasn't ready until 7 hours after we arrived, and it was definitely a friend's apartment (all his stuff was still there). Having said that, they were always understanding about us having to leave things in their lobby...and I understand the gers out back are fine.

one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. Great Staff in a wonderfull location. Recomendable to everyone who wants to enjoy Ulan Batar.....
