I would highly reccommend this hotel (it's not really a hostel-much too good for a hostel even if it does have hostel prices!) as it is very clean, comfortable and the staff (especially Marcia) are really nice. They even did our washing for a great price! I would reccommend Piura for a stopover if you are on your way to Lima from Ecuador as it gives one a chance to relax in fairly nice surroundings. The shops are not half bad either in the centre of town!

Arrived late evening at 2130. The Hostal is clearly sign posted even in the dark, and although they had not checked the Hostelworld internet booking and their room rates were higher than advertised - they accepted the Hostelworld booking room rate and were very helpful and kind. Clean, comfortable room with hotwater shower & breakfast provided.
Good location, we arrived in the middle of the night and there was still somebody at the desk, THANK YOU!!!! Good simple breakfast and great beds.
A very nice little guesthouse. Clean with nice rooms and friendly staff. Not a full on backpackers hostel but a great little place to stay if stopping off in Piura. I would recommend it!
