the girl of the check in desk is not so friendly,it seems she was not in mood and not so willing to answer when people get something not that clear..so it disspointed me..

This hostel is very cute and clean. Located right by the Karlaplan station, which is close to Stureplan but 5 mins from anywhere else in Stockholm by metro. I loved it! Very good for the price.

The beds were comfortable and the hostel was clean. However there was a lot of theft, and the additional accomodation was poor: only one waser and one dryer and you could either wash or dry but never do both at the same time (there was only one plug-in available). There was no kitchen, only a fridge and a microwave. Using the internet in the hostel was much more expensive than using internet in the seven-eleven around the corner. This was the trend for everything in the hostel: you had to pay

The rooms get ridiculously hot on warm days, talking to reception always means a queue, underwhelming kitchen facilities, and you have to pre-book the laundry which causes some problems. But the location is ok, especially if you're happy to use the subway, and the free unlimited wifi (not sure about travellers without computers tho) is a godsend! I'd give it 7/10
