The only big issue we had with this place was finding it. We completly missed it and walked several blocks away. It literally is on the next block over from the Kyoto station. We loved the futon beds and size of the room. We are tall people and the bathroom was tiny but we managed. The staff spoke limited english but were very friendly. They were able to answer our questions and arrange a luggage delivery service. Overall this place was great.

conveniently situated close to Kyoto train station - <5min walk. Clean room but tiny bathroom. I surprisingly slept very well on the tatami. coin tv! you pay for what you get.

I absolutely loved the room- I had the private room to myself with my own bathroom. There was no curfew and out of 4 nights there was only one night that people came in late making noise.

really not that hard to find - no reason why directions couldn't have been given. rooms were clean and comfortable.
