Very Clean and the staff very helpfull and friendly, expensive place but worth the money

We couldn't get hot water from the shower in the morning. The shower operates with a push button, the only control. All that came out was cold water. The cots were creaky, but much warmer than we'd expected. The toilet was very clean. The mood was depressing. We won't go back.
