To start it off, it is quite far away from the city, six kilometres from the city centre. Security is not inforced, since your door is on the street and you have to lock yourself inside. There\'s absolutely nothing to do there, and the price for extra activities is expensive. They tell you they\'ll change your sheets and towels daily, but they only change the towels. The room is dirty and it\'s not cleaned within the time you spend there. There are flies, mosquitoes and spiders. The bathroom is awfully small... The only good thing is that the staff is friendly and helpful, but the rest of it... Better pay a little bit more and share a bathroom, if you care about the things said above.

The hostal reception area was closed due to refurbishment, therefore we saw no staff. Keys were issued at the Hotel Congresso, the staff there were friendly and helpful. The hotel was also undergoing refurbishment. Both swimming pools were drained, therefore there was no area for relaxation. The room was kept very clean, there was no evidence of security or provision of security boxes.
the place is clean, but you are living in a tin can. All services as advertised such as pool, internet access are not available. if you just want a bed, and donºt mind metal walls between rooms then no problem, otherwise I would pay the money to stay someplace else.

NO me quede en el hostel, pues al contrario do que trae en las informaciones del sitio de web de hostelworld, el hostel está muy lejos de la ciudad, en la autovia, y no cerca de la una "bus station", pero si de un "stop bus" en la autovia. Por eso, tuve que llegar en Santiago y buscar otro hostel
