It\'s by far the most characteristic guesthouse we stayed in. The rooftop offers good view of the fort. It\'s Rs.20 rickshaw to Clock Tower, Rs. 50 for breakfast. Bring/Buy toilet paper! The family is very very nice and we were well taken care of! A great start to our trip in Rajasthan!

A fantastically friendly and helpful family run this place. Whilst my room was basic, this was more than compensated for by the owners booking me a bus ticket to Jaisalmer at very short notice (I arrived at 9pm and wanted a ticket for the following morning) and expected no commission whatsoever.

WOW, what a place to stay! Friendly owner makes your stay here a brilliant experience. Great view from rooftop, but it is the characterful interior that sets this hotel above the others, a bit like staying in an eccentric museum. Fantastic!

I really liked this guesthouse. The two sons (who basically ran the place while we were there) were very helpful. The rooms were clean and the Mehrangarh Fort is about a 15-20 minutes walk. The town centre and main street is about a 10 minutes walk. There is a room-top cafe with fantastic views of the fort and the city. Got many of my photos from this rooftop. The only negative is that the water pressure of the shower isn't great and that isn't much to complain about!!
