The hostel was very clean, and it was in an excelent location (about a 5 min. walk from Termini and from the Colosseum) BUT it was really small and crowded- I felt like I could hardly move without bumping into someone and they woun't store our bags after check out.
Definately a hostel for young travellers, very easy to meet other travellers and party types. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities. The bedrooms were a little squashed but had good air con, but a tendancy to be turned off at intervals. Free internet access and breakfast was useful. 5minute walk to termini station and 30second downhill skip to the metro.

We checked in and the guy demanded we pay in cash. Fine by me...but then he should have enough change to give me back. Guy was like,"I'll have to owe you a euro" (which I never was reimbursed for, by the way). We were given no key at all and the security was horrible. Also, three bathrooms for like 60 people.
Great location, close to Cavour metro. Breakfast v good value at 1 euro. Would be better if there was a larger social area.
