It was the holiday of a lifetime, so fantastic. I loved the close interaction with the family, felt so comforatable like I would be at my own home. I was always well cared for and service was always friendly. Definately recommend to everyone for an experience of a lifetime, hold Snowlion and the Family in very high regard. Coming from Perth Australia, by myself, was more than I could of hoped for in a town and Homestay.
I was only here overnight, but it was a very pleasant experience. This is more of a hotel than a hostel, as there are no dormitories and less in the way of common space. They will make you tea, but there is no cafeteria. Nevertheless I connected with some other guests when the owner's brother offered to take us up the hill to see the sunrise. Later that day he ran the strike (Bengal bandh) and drove me about seven hours to Bhutan. Above and beyond!
