They had no record of our hostelworld booking when we arrived and I had to show them a copy of my confirmation email before they would allocate us a room. The room was ok but I have stayed in much better on Hong Kong Island for the same cost. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful with simple requests.

staff where unfriendly , unhelpful, gave away my room on first night of arrival even though i purposely emailed to tell what time i would arrive, through out my stay no manners , not a nice welcome to hong kong
