This place is OK to stay at but is probably best if booked directly with the hotel as they seem to have no idea how to handle internet bookings. Firstly they had no record of our booking despite us having the booking reference. They then obviously had no record of a deposit and expected us to pay a deposit of 1000RMB per room despite this being well over double what the room was going to cost us for the 3 days we were staying. I was rather rudely told to speak slower when trying to discuss this in English (which only 1 - spoke over the phone as it was her day off!). We finally agreed on a deposit of 500RMB although my deposit on-line was obviously lost. All that being said our stay thereafter was very pleasant - the rooms are very comfortable and clean and the one English speaking staff member did help us book train tickets and advise us where the interesting places to visit were.

Excellent hotel! But location is no9t so great:it take 30-40 min to reach most interesting prots in the city. Closely located METRO Supermarket is great: they sell a lot of imported and Chinese goods. Some drinks are much cheaper than in Duty Free! ;-)
