This place is impossible to get to! They did not return any of my e-mails to answer my questions. None of the staff speak English. The place was nice once you found it. The shared bathrooms were clean. They do not have anywhere that you can get food nearby and it is in a dirty part of town. The only good thing I have to say about this hostel is that the building was pretty.

The hostel buiding was previously a monaster. Good place to rest after a long travel. So one night is enough.

Was clean. Staff friendly. Was good for what was needed: a nights accom when Turin was booked out. But would not recommend.

The staff I found to be exceptional. I asked directions to the train station and one gentleman employee actually walked me and my dad all the way there giving us a tour of the city on route. Super.

This is the only hostel in Alessandria, and luckily it`s a very decent one. It doesn`t look like much at all from the outside, but once you enter, you find yourself in a large courtyard surrounded by the building itself. It`s a very unique and classical-style hostel, and I believe the building is probably centuries old. But the rooms are clean and the beds are decent. The location is pretty good within the town, as it`s only a few minutes walk to where all of the local`s hang out during the night. Alessandria is a fun town and I enjoyed my stay there.
