Location was excellent. Near the center of Gion district. The annex was non-smoking which is best for non-smokers as there is smoking at the main Gojo which filters up into the rooms. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Free internet use was great. No problem finding location with the map provided on their website.

the tripple room had paper windows which let in a draft and got cold at night, even with the heater on

some rooms only had paper windows which resulted in the room being cold during the night in winter, however the heater does help, otherwise it was a great place
