the bathroom is truly as manky as could be, otherwise fine.
It's not really a hostel because it's made of different rooms in different buildings. The private bathroom was the only thing that could be saved, because the bedlinen and the room were dirty. The walls were in bad condition. We saw a kitchen with a bed in the floor used as a 2-bedded room (without bathroom). The location is not bad.

Dont book! Please! Our room was very dirty and humid. It was in a basement and it was so humid that we could not stay there more than one night. The owner was pretty nice, but i would not book a room at AAE hostel ever again.

nice and easy. nice tram ride to the city and relaxed staff. as hostels go, this was simple and to the point.
