The hostel was terribly dirty, and it smelled horribly, which meant that all our stuff also started to smell. The rooms/the hostel were without windows and the toilets/showers were in the same room as the kitchen!! I would not recommend this for anyone, even though you are on a budget trip!

I really wouldn\'t stay here. It smells really bad - so much so I felt sick. It\'s right near a dodgy \'massage\' parlor and red light district. There are no windows and the bathrooms are absolutely horrible. I\'ve stayed in some dodgy hostels but this is by far the worst. Only good thing is that the hostel is right near a train station. Don\'t stay here - you could stay somewhere else that is much nicer for the same amount of money.

Location is good near the mrt station but far from city centre like orchard or bugis. Not so clean as you can find tons of hair in bathroom, and dust and hair in rooms' floor. Kitchen sink is filled with dirty plates, etc. Guess there's lots of long term Filipinos staying there looking for jobs. The Filipino lady staff is not so flexible as she doesn't allowed guests to leave their bags in the lobby (there s no other place to put them) until after 2pm or else they ll be charged! let alone we
