Staff was a bit lazy and not eager to assist at times of need. One in particular not very friendly. Clearer insructions of a few things at arrival would have been useful.

The staff was nice and helpful, unfortunately the place is very old and it needs a complete redecoration-cleanup. The linen should be cleaner; the low prices are no reason for old, smelly linen. For the same money I stayed in an excellent hostel in Brussels with bright white linen, fresh air rooms, and amaizingly clean rooms. Bath is a small city, with good public transportation. I suggest renting a little away from the center, but get a better room.

First I really think it's not normal that we were only allowed to check in after 3 o'clock when the checking out is at 10:30 am. Then I have a big laugh (now) when i remind of the rules they made us sign considering the awful night i spent there. And finally,the showers there are simply disgusting.

We arrived after 23.30 and there weren't any people to opened the door and nobody resposed at telephone maybe this can be better.
