Staff trying to get money out of you at every turn. They got the booking wrong and were still trying to charge us for 2 rooms while only supplying one. Main advice stay somewhere else.

There were to many British travellers at this resort for our liking!! The breakfast was passable, lunch terrible, good location if looking for a beach holiday however those wanting to party should stay up in baga/anjuna as the night life did not exist in this area at all. Plenty of food options in the area on the main street, would recommend eating at the local stalls near the football oval for the best value and quality local food if your game!!!

It was right on the beach and close to places to eat. It was still under construction when we were there. It was a festival weekend and the prices were increased because of that. Therefore it was over priced

Reception Staff/Managment were rude and unhelpful. Staff demanded more money than was the advertised internet rate and denied access to inclusions such as breakfast. The first room was situated close to the bar, reception and street. The noise from the bar went until 3 am and then staff starting work early made noise outside the room. On bringing this to the attention of a senior manager, he was rude and unsympathetic. His outlook changed somwhat after a brief sharpe converstaion outling the problems. The staff where very tip driven and where eager to carry luggage short distances and complete other basic tasks and then wait awkwardly for a tip. The room was not serviced once in five days and clean/dry towels where only provided once after the staff being asked twice. The facilities, such as the pool was nice and certianly redeeming, but not enough to ensure a second stay. I have travelled extensively and stayed in everything from tents to 5 star hotels and consider myself to be an understanding and tolerant traveller. I am sorry this reoprt has been submitted, but I feel that this resort needs to address certain behavioral traits if it is to improve.
