We stayed there for 3 nights in July and had a great stay. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, and the location is amazing. I would definitely go back.

Very much dissappointed. Compared with the hostel I stayed in Rome (same private one bedroom and shared bathroom), this one is hell. I am not a picky person. Bottom line for a hotel is clean and safe. Unfortunately, this hotel offers neither. The shared toilette was never cleaned during my stay there (three days). The shared shower room has no lock, which means anyone can just come in while you are taking a shower! Based on the quality, it is definitely overpriced
The location of this establishment was excellent; easy walking distance to the major attractions in central Paris. The shared toilet and shower facilities were extremely small (barely enough elbow room to use properly) but, there was plenty of hot water. The staff were very friendly and helpful and speak English well.

Service was friendly and helpful, rooms safe and clean, location was excellent, very plain and basic (no radio or TV), but just what we needed. Other hotels next door were almost 300 Euros a night!
