Together with our friendly and hospitable staff Amsterdam Hostel Cosmos provides a clean, comfortable and safe place to enjoy a cosmic stay in Amsterdam.

We do not accept group bookings of 6 people or more.
cash only for payment on arrival
Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the full amount for the whole duration of stay.age restriction, only 18 to 35 year olds permitted
5% tourist tax needs to be paid on the top of the balance on arrival.

First impression: Have to confess, not the best... old, narrow and dustie-smell stairs... quite old building...

The shower in the second floor was terrible, but the one in the 1st floor was OK.

Its cramped into a corner of a brownstone, with a size of a peanut....its small but cozy, rooms are nothing to brag about. For the money, I would rather stay at St. Christoper's down in Red Light.

When I walked in the door and up the steep stairs, I thought "Hm, they must have only one room filled to the rim with beds. This is pretty small." But, oh. It was great! Comfy beds, very nice staff (keep up the good spirit :) ) and a friggin house cat. Can you ask for more? I guess you can't. Of course, I could pay less, but I know that's not really possible with that location and excellent service. Verrry nice.

This is a super fun hostel. The staff is very knowledgeable and I met a lot of great people from all over the world. I would definitely recommend this hostel. Be careful walking up the steep stairs up front if you've been enjoying a little too much of what Amsterdam has to offer.
