Like a hotel! Soap in the washrooms and everything, and the location was fantastic - close to the train station and right by a tram station. Populated mostly by young kids running wild, though.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly but those people working at the cafeteria should be instantly fired for their rudeness.

Strasbourg is truly a hiden gem. The hostel was within easy walking time of the old city. Check out the cathedral!
