It was very clean, lots of facilities (such as free bread all day, although bring your own jam), friendly staff and fantastic location in the Northern Quarter. Wasn\'t very lively though (was in 6 bed dorm Fri and Sat night and only 2 people in there both nights including me) and is quite expensive for a hostel. Apparently the Newton street one is livelier if you are travelling by yourself.
Hi, its true, we have a party hostel which has big common areas on Newton street and for those who just want to chill come to Hilton street...best of both worlds. Ciao

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hostel and the facilities available.The location is great and definitely a biggest selling point. The only issues I would raise are the fact that in room 108 the central heating didn\'t work and the noise from the street below made it feel like there was a party in the room!We were given two blow heaters for the room which worked well. Great stay, great people. Thanks!
