It would be good if the staff were more informative (as to be able to tell you what you need to know and/or where to find it), had a proper training for the job and more serviceminded. It would also be better if they cleaned the hostel properly, not just empty the rubbish.I have never seen so many cockroaches during a single day in my entire life!All the rules and advises regardng to security at the hostel were not followed,even by he staff-why bother to put up the rules then?Shape up!!!
