Malvarrosa Bed and Breakfast is set in an art deco waterfront home on Malvarrosa Beach in Valencia.

We offer secure car parking (please request before arrival).

We are not a hostel. Please ask for Susana as she speaks fluent English.

Malvarrosa Bed and Breakfast is in a superb setting by the sea front. We are in a very quiet area that offers easy access to the city center by fast tram. Also the BUS 32 is on our doorstep.

Walking distance to the FORMULA 1, AMERICA`S CUP installation and UPV - University of Valencia.

Malvarrosa Bed and Breakfast is an amazing 4 bedroom typical Spanish house with high ceilings.

When you stay here you can enjoy our homemade paella dinner which is offered by your hosts or any other local dish you may request in advance and Susana will gladly cook for you and even give you free cooking lessons

PICK UP KEYS AT MALVA BEACH ISABEL DE VILLENA 27 door 1. bus 32 stops right in front. Bus 19 from Bus station. By car look for the RESTAURANT RIPOLL on beach promenade turn left and house right in front.

Close to the beach which is good but this place is also right next to a very busy (noisy)road. It is called a bed&breakfast but there is no breakfast. There is a sign that mentions the sheets are changed after three days. We stayed five days and no clean sheets. Upon arriving we has to pull out the credit card straight away, not very welcoming. Other than this, it is okay.
If you thought the street was busy you could have closed the window and turn the AC on that keeps the noise out. However this a very quiet area of the city. The center is absolutely imposible. The cleaning lady requested to change your sheets and you were not interested. As far as paying it does say in your reservation you pay upon arrival. We welcomed you with an invitation for dinner for the typical paella and you were not interested because you are vegetarian. We gave you a city map. Informed on how to get around, offer a beach lounge chair and informed on the sites of interests. I truly do not understand what you expected. The rest of the group that stayed at the house had dinner together everynight and chat in the front porch where we enjoyed exchanging experiences.
