4. How to cancel?
1)Email us 72 Hours before the arrival w true reasons to avoid to waste the social resources;
2) Otherwise you bound to pay for no-show penalty as a commitment person ( 1st night room charge);
5. How to get Airport Pickup?
'No After Landing Call, No Pickup ' strictly followed!
1)If you want to free airport pick,pls bring us Gifts( email to Sabrina if you need);
2)Call Mr. Hu after arrival Terminal-2 Gate at Dhaka Airport and then wait there only about 15 minutes if w/0 heavy traffic jam.
6. "No-No";
As we are pure Christian family in a Muslim Country,
1) No Call Girl (Or call John) is strictly forbidden even if the main gate of the building;
2) Temporary visitors of indoor guests are only allowed only in sitting room;

Our property has a no smoking policy,but Guests can smoke in smoke area;
Guests will wear slippers after entry;
Guests should use public spoon/fork to take food to their plates;
Remove shoes after entry;
Smoking on Balcony;
Use servicing spoon to take food to your plate;
Shower Towel only for drying yourself after shower;
