10% deposit charged by Hostelworld is not refundable
Holiday cancelations - any bookings cancelled for Easter, New Year, Queens Birthday, Pinkster and special events must be done by email 3 weeks before arrival date, otherwise you will be charge 50% from the total cost on your credit card
We need authorisation on the given credit card in order to keep your reservation and we will contact you to get the credit card's security code
We charge 5% for card payments and we also accept debit cards on arrival
Reception hours are until 11pm; however you can arrange a late check-in if you notify us on the same day of arrival

All CANCELLATIONS are required to be emailed to the Euphemia Hotel 24 hours prior to arrival date (not arrival time), failure to do so will incur a charge of full cost of one night, 2 nights cost on Friday and Saturday.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS, 3 x weeks prior to arrival date (not arrival time) failure to do so will incur a 100% charge. This includes no shows, cancellation and changes on and after arrival date.
