Please be on time for check-in or contact us if you are going to be late!!

and cancellation must occur 72 hours before the check-in date and for group booking a week before check in date .
Cancellation can only be done by email.
Group booking conditions:
Group from 6 or more persons have to cancel
2 weeks before arrival date.
In case of no show, your credit card will be charged 100% of the total cost.
Cancellation and changes at and after arrival date will be charged 100%!!
We accept cash only for payment on arrival
We ask authorization on the given credit card (not a charge), unfortunately we will NOT keep the reservation if we cannot get authorization. You will be contacted by the hotel to ask the security code of your credit card.



During Easter, Queen's Day and the New Years Period, we have a two-week cancellation policy. During this time, late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged for 100% of their total booking. At New Years’ (30th, 31st Dec & 1st, 2nd and 3rd Jan 2012) and Easter periods we require a 4 night maximum stay.
