Friendly and helpful staff, good environment. My room was on the 5th floor and the hostel structure is on the 2nd floor of the building, so I had no WiFi connection upstairs. The staff was kind and helpful. The wifi was quite weak on the 5th floor, it was perfect only the 2nd one. Not only the wifi but the heating was also weak in our room. Finally some glass in the room would be useful. Viktória, from Hungary ~ 15th Dec 2012
