Welcome to Hotel St James, located right in the heart of Biarritz, only 4 mn walk to the beach.
The hotel was completely renovated and with all the mandatory safety standards in
place: ceiling and fire proof doors and flat screen TV 81 cm in bedrooms
Some rooms have view over the ocean (top rooms). Nice cosy hotel with warm , easy going hostess..
Only 4 mn walk from the beach, the casino and Palais du festival.
Hotel has 14 charming rooms, all fully equipped & some with balcony.
All rooms have breakfast facilties ( a tray with tea/coffea cups, madeleines & a kettle).
Reception from 9:30 to 18:00 - Must call for late arrivals.
Visitors Tax is €0.50 per person per night.
Please Note: Entire property is non smoking
High Season- July & AugustDuring high season(July & August) a 30% Down Payment of total price will be taken from your card after booking and this is not refundable for cancelations.

Real clean nice location friendly staff that clean everyday or not if you dont want. The muffins that everyone complains about are not that bad stop being sooks its a free muffin eat it or else walk across the street to the supermarket and get your own breakfast. Internet upstairs is pretty dodge. Directions need a little work. from the train get the A1 Or10 bus get off at biarritz central(not called central). your about 500m away. this doesnt have enough characters to do this properly.. george, from Australia ~ 26th Jun 2012
