Our 16 apartments and studios are set on grounds of 10000m² and are surrounded by sea. Their size varies from 40 - 60 m² and are fully equipped to serve the needs of our guests (fully equipped kitchen, fridge with refrigerator, dining room with sofas television and terraces with their own furniture). The central living-room offers access to the terrace with a nice view to the sea and the mountain.
Two types of accommodation are available:
a. Studio (40 m2)
b. Apartment with 1 bedroom (45 m2)
In its spacious grounds, we have set - apart from the gardens and flowers, all of them into a traditional stone wall - a children playground with swings as well as a basketball court. Our swimming pool 15 X 10 m of sweet water is set at the edge of the rocks and with a magnificent view to the city that lies before.
The area of Stavros is only 3km away of the airport of Chania and offer apart from the 4 beaches lots of outdoor activities, such as water spa facilities, riding school, hiking and water sports. At the same area there also are restaurants and cafés, mini markets, set quietly by the sea and along with the environment, offering luxury along with the quality of quiet vacations.
Furthermore, the city of Chania, 13km away from our apartments is a beloved holiday place, among the Greeks, known for its artistic movements and gallerys, one of the most beautiful cities in Greece, with a long history of 7000 years and many different cultures that have left their traces, most characteristic the Enetians that built the Harbor of the city in the year of 1284 a.c.
Nanakis Beach offers 16 furnished apartments.
In each one there is a spacious living-room with kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, cooker-hood and a big fridge-freezer.
