The �Love This Life� guest house is located in the heart of ShuangLangXiang Dali Yunnan China. ShuangLangXiang is a small tranquil village across the lake from Dali Old Town. This place is peaceful and serene, and the local Bai people smile with sun beaten faces.
We give students 15RMB discounts on rooms!
All of our rooms have a lake view (dorms and family room are an exception). We have a large common room with WiFi availability over the whole property. We offer a variety of beer to enjoy in our beer garden along with an outdoor fireplace, or you can order a cocktail. You can even spend some time on our large roof. Our kitchen is very modern with western cleanliness standards. And breakfast is included with your stay.
Also, every week we have a BBQ party so you can make some friends and enjoy food, an outdoor fire, and maybe a guitar.
We are on the lakeside road that bends around ErHai Lake, just behind the old fishing boat plaza.
From OId Town Dali - Go back to XiaGuan on the #8 blue bus (¥1.5) and get off at the North Bus Terminal (BeiZhan). Then follow the "North Bus Terminal" directions below.
From Train Station or Bus Terminal - Chances are you\\\'ll arrive in XiaGuan, take the #8 blue bus (¥1.5) toward Dali old town. Ask to get off at the North Bus Terminal (BeiZhan). Then follow the "North Bus Terminal" directions below.
From Dali Airport - In the airport parkinglot, take the bus that goes into XiaGuan (around ¥10 - 15). They\\\'ll drop you off at a bus station, but no buses there go to ShuangLangXiang. Take a #8 blue bus (¥1.5) toward Dali old town and get off at the North Bus Terminal (BeiZhan). Then follow the "North Bus Terminal" directions below.
From The North Bus Terminal - Buy a ticket to ShuangLangXiang (¥15). It\\\'ll take about 1.5 hours to arrive. Get off at NanZhao Folklore Island Ferry Port (NanZhao FengQing Dao MaTou). Walk along the road next to the lake heading toward the island. About 300 meters into your walk, you'll see an old boat on display in the middle of a small plaza. You're there! Just look toward the old boat and you'll see the "Love This Life" guest house right behind it in beautiful yellow and red.
