Generally speaking the stay was okay, but the negative review is perhaps in part Hostels.com's fault. We had a late flight, and therefore arrived at the hotel at 11pm. there was a sign on the doorsaying check in finished at 6pm, and all late arrivals were given a code to receive their key none of which information we received and were left stranded having to wake up some of the staff to let us in. They hadn't received our booking and ended up negotiating us down to one less room. Very poor. David, from Scotland ~ 18th Dec 2012
