Central backpackers florence was renovated and open again with private bathrooms in every room.
Central backpackers florence is located in one of the best squares in florence, piazza santa croce. Piazza santa croce is in the minutes of walking distance of main sights (uffizzi, bargelo, old bridge, duomo, piazza signoria). We are also in the heart of night life, best cafes and restaurants are next to us.
We are on the first floor of historic building that is newly rebuilt in perfect condition. All private rooms are faciliated with private bathroom.
Accurate time of arrival is very important.
All arrivals need to provide flight/train information or other arrival details in order to confirm arrival time. All patrons must arrive on time unless otherwise notify us.
Our regular check in time is from 10 am to 12.30 pm. And from 3 pm to 6.30 pm
If you are arriving earlier than 10 am or later than 6.30pm, no problem! Just simply email us to arrange our staff.

Cancellation and changes policy:notification of any cancellation is required at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee being charged to your credit card. If less than 48 hours
The backpackersflorence central hostel must receive written notice two days before your arrival date for any cancellations or changes in your reservation.if less than 48 hours, cancellation policy will apply for the remaining balance. For example, if you are reserved for the 20th of the month we require notification of cancellation or changes by the end of the 18th of the month.
Changes include amendments in your date of arrival, number of nights or number of people in your reservation. We will not alter our policy due to transport strikes, delays due to weather, health problems, or any circumstances outside of your or our control.
The city tax is not included
, Galleria degli Uffizi, Piazza della Signoria, and Piazza Michelangelo, are within a few minutes of the hostel. Since the hosel is located within the HEART of the Florentine nightlife, all of the best cafes and restaurants are located within the immediate surrounding area.

Points I would improve would be : Enthusiasm AND Availability of the Landlords, our room had some kind of soap stains all over the shower windows, and on my last night I had to take a cold shower because there were no hot water left.... ? Anyways, besides that, I think this is well located, downtown florence and about 15 minutes of walk of the train station and good quality/price ratio. if you want to experience real firenze, stay in the centro storico. the location of this hostel is perfect, one street away from Santa Croce. helpful and flexible staff, working wifi, quite clean kitchen, nice bathroom and stylish bedroom - i can say id come back. any minuses? perhaps, too soft matraces and occasional noise from other guests. but this you can experience on 70% of other places. go for it!
