Downtown Lodge is centrally located in Grindelwald and ideal for active, young and young-at-heart individual guests, families and groups.

Our total of 5 lodges with 33 rooms and nearly 300 beds offer a comprehensive infrastructure at attractive rates, including free use of the kitchen, free Internet stations and W-LAN/Wifi as well as an extensive range of entertainment. We can accommodate 20-280 persons for groups of any kind.

The main building houses the Downtown Bar, a bistro with an attractive range of drinks.

it ran out of hot water when taking the show, and the heater in the room was not strong enough but Grindelwald is really a great place to visit! Kuan Lin, from Taiwan ~ 6th Jun 2013

Good value hostel with lovely warm bedrooms. However as there was hardly anyone there the bar was not open and they didn't bother heating the common area which meant I was confined to my (admittedly massive) bedroom. Guy on the front desk very helpful though. Neil, from England ~ 20th May 2013
