If cancelled up to 2 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

For your convenience, the HOSTEL offers pickup service from Hanoi Train Station and can arrange airport transfers on request.

After making a booking on this site, kindly inform the the HOSTEL via email details of your flight number and arrival time.

Opt2 : 7 seates car costs 16 USD/per private car.

1.Free train/bus station pick up on request,please give us your arrival time and train/bus No

3. The room rates are inclusive of 10% VAT, 5% service charge.

4. Payment forms: pay by credit card plus 3%(Visa card, Master card, JCB card, Amex card(plus 5%), Diners Club), Cash

5. Check in time: 13:00 PM.We will let guest check in upon our room available even early morning.

6.Upon check in all guests must show booking paper,passport....

7. Check out time: 12:00 PM(noon)

8.Late check out(from 12.00PM-16.00PM) will be charged 1/2 room rate.Late check out from 16.00PM onwards will be charged full rate.

9.Be charged the first night if cancellation any confirmed booking(by email/phone...).

10. Airport pick up available at anytime upon request.Please feel free to provide us with your flight No,arrival time then our staff will pick you up upon your arrival at the airport.He/she will hold a sign with your name on pls take notice on it.

All above rates are included tolls fare. All vehicles are new, air-conditioning, in good condition.
